Alarm Service

Our alarm service package includes a thorough visual inspection of all detectors, ensuring all devices are securely mounted to walls or ceilings. We verify the proper operation and signalling of all devices, review programming where applicable, check panel and battery voltage, and ensure sounders and communicators are functioning correctly. Additionally, we inspect the wiring of both the panel and sounders to guarantee optimal performance.

*If batteries require replacing, this will be quoted in addition to the service cost.

CCTV Service

Our CCTV service includes a comprehensive check of all camera images, cleaning of camera lenses, and, where possible, inspection of camera-side connections. We also verify DVR/NVR connections, confirm the power supply is providing the correct voltage, ensure playback functionality, and check the network’s performance. If necessary, we can assist with password resets and app unbinding to keep your system secure and fully operational.
